Study .3: Building a Company From the Ground Up.
When Massage Therapist Andrea Mindigo came to Pure Fusion Media, she had a dream, a business plan and the drive to build a powerful new business - a top level consortium of massage therapists providing services to the business market. After meeting with PFM, she had the confidence that PFM could build her vision into reality - a vision that didn't even have a name.

Challenge: To build an operation from pre-infancy into reality that the market would perceive as having an established tenure.

Solution: PFM utilized the Needs Based Analysis system to determine her operational goals and strategies, and developed a naming strategy that would encapsulate her ideas. In the end, PFM developed a new name and also created a new vocabulary word: Re:Vigorate. The name invokes coming back in to power and vitality while the "Re:" reminds one of an email message used in business - tying in the corporate aspect.

The name was very well received, and PFM began working on the visual identity. After showing the client a series of full color comps the final logo was chosen and final colors determined. PFM then developed a full color brochure, a direct mail campaign and internet presence for Re:Vigorate.

The Result: The response from the business world has been fantastic. Through the direct mail campaign, website and brochure - business has been steadily improving and larger more established businesses have signed up for the program.
